What do I need to do and when?
Players must be newly registered for a betOcean Online Casino account and have never made a successful deposit before in order to be eligible.

What would disqualify me from receiving a deposit bonus?
Players who fail to make a deposit of $25 or more during the first 7 days since registration will not be eligible to receive a bonus.
Players who have already made a deposit will not be eligible to receive a deposit bonus.
Players with suspended or self-excluded user accounts shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the bonus.
Players who wish to opt-out of the Promotion after previously opting-in to the Promotion may do so by going to the My Bonuses page and select the drop down of the Welcome Bonus and select Cancel Bonus or by contacting betOcean Online Casino customer service during business hours at support@betocean.com.
Upon cancelling the bonus, such players shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any remaining bonus and any pending winnings associated with the bonus.
In the event that betOcean Online Casino deems in its sole and absolute discretion that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, the general promotional Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of betOcean Online Casino, or has otherwise committed an act of bad faith in any way, such players shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the bonus.
How do I claim my bonus?
When making a deposit, your deposit is in the Restricted Cash balance and will be used first before the deposit bonus. The Restricted Cash cannot be withdrawn before the bonus is completed or cancelled.
Upon successfully making a single deposit of $25 or more on betOcean Online Casino and opting in during the Promotional period, the 100% Deposit Match Bonus up to $1,000 will be automatically added to the player's account.
In order to withdraw winnings from wagering any of the deposit bonus, players must complete wager requirements in accordance with the Promotion’s terms and conditions.
If you activate bonus and wager on ineligible games (or any game with 0% of wager contributing towards wager requirement) any winnings will remain restricted until you satisfy the bonus wagering requirements.
Upon making a qualifying deposit, the Deposit Bonus, the associated pending winnings as well as the deposit itself, but only up to the capped Deposit Match bonus will be restricted. For example, depositing $400 to claim a 10% bonus up to 25 will only result in $250 being in the restricted balance, and the remaining $150 will be unrestricted.
Deposit Match Bonus cannot be used on any Tables and Live Dealer games and ineligible Slot games.
Per the betOcean Online Casino Terms & Conditions (section 12.8), wagers placed on games will be used in the following order: Bonus Winnings, Restricted Cash, Bonus, Cash.
Which games count towards the Wagering Requirements?
Wagers placed on betOcean Online Casino games will contribute toward the Wagering Requirement. However, not every game type has the same rate of contribution, as shown in the table below:

How long will my bonus be available for?

In addition, the following exceptions apply:
Bonus rounds on any slots games do not count towards the Wager Requirement.

The player agrees that by accepting any prize awarded under the operation of this Promotion, except where prohibited by any State laws, that the player grants betOcean Online Casino and its designee Playtech to use the player's name, the player's betOcean Online Casino player alias, the player's city and State of residence together with any photograph or other likeness provided by the player for advertising and publicity purposes in the United States, without the Patron receiving any additional compensation
